Construction Workers Apprenticeship accepts 12th, diploma, ITI, or graduate candidates with 60% overall marks. B.Tech candidates are not accepted. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Training includes modern construction techniques, tools, machinery, outdoor work, measurement, geometry, area, and volume calculations.

Germany Work Visa for Indian Candidates in Technical Ausbildung 

Technical Ausbildung options include mechatronics, plumbing/HVAC, and electrical apprenticeship. 

Mechatronics is open to candidates with 12th pass and Mathematics compulsory or a relevant technical diploma. B.Tech and BE candidates are not eligible. German B1 through Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD is accepted. Training involves mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, testing, troubleshooting, control systems, programming, and automation. 

Plumbing/HVAC is open to candidates with 12th pass with Mathematics or 10th pass with 2-year ITI in a relevant trade. German B1 through Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD is required. ECL is not accepted. Responsibilities include water systems, heating, ventilation, pipelines, fittings, refrigeration, AC, and HVAC troubleshooting. 

Electrical apprenticeship requires 12th with Maths or 10th plus 2-year ITI. German B1 with Goethe certification is required. The role involves training in electrical installation and systems under supervision. 

Nursing apprenticeship is open to ANM or GNM candidates aged 18–28. German B1 through Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD is required. Responsibilities include daily nursing care, vital signs monitoring, support to doctors and senior nurses, hygiene, infection control, and emotional support. 

Logistics apprenticeship is open to 12th pass candidates aged 18–28. German B1 through Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD is required. ECL is not accepted. Responsibilities include goods receiving, storage, packing, labelling, dispatch, forklift operation after training, inventory records, and safety standards. 

Ausbildung Process for Germany 

The process follows this journey: 

Application → Interview with the Employer → Conditional Offer Letter → Language Training → Visa & Documentation → Fly to Germany 

Candidates apply for a suitable course. If shortlisted, they attend an employer interview. If selected, they may receive a conditional offer. Then language training is completed. After that, visa and documentation are processed. Once approvals are complete, candidates fly to Germany. 

This structured process helps candidates understand each stage before relocation. 

Stipend and Benefits 

Several Ausbildung programs list stipends around €1,048 in Year 1, €1,100 in Year 2, and €1,150 in Year 3. Construction and electrical apprenticeship have different stipend structures. Kindergarten teacher apprenticeship lists a training stipend of €1,200 and Ausbildung stipend of €1,300–€1,500. 

Some programs include benefits such as no blocked account, flight ticket support, one-way flight coverage, or reimbursement depending on the role.
