Guide Students Towards Global Education Opportunities

Help students turn their dream of studying abroad into reality. Join Magic Billion as an Academic Counselor and play a key role in guiding aspiring learners towards international education and life-changing global career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on higher education opportunities in Germany and other international destinations.
  • Manage the complete student journey – from counselling and admission to onboarding.
  • Conduct video counselling sessions with students and parents.
  • Drive consultative sales while achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
  • Build long-term relationships with students and parents by providing timely guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Study Abroad, EdTech, Education Sales, or Student Counseling.
  • Candidates with a notice period of 10–15 days will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
