Manager – Relationship Management

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Relationship Manager to lead and oversee the Candidate Success
Team. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end engagement with candidates, ensuring all
queries, concerns, and communication are handled efficiently and professionally. The Relationship Manager will
serve as a critical link between the organization and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience throughout
their journey.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Hospitality, Customer Experience, or candidate relationship management.
  • Prior experience in managing candidate relationships or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
