Who Can Apply
- Age: 18–28 years
- Education: 12th pass (High School Diploma)
- Vocational training: Minimum 1 year in social pedagogy, nursing, or childcare
- Experience: At least 6 weeks of practical exposure working with children or caregiving
- Open to male and female candidates passionate about children’s growth and learning
Key Responsibilities
- Plan creative, age-appropriate classroom activities: games, stories, crafts, and learning projects.
- Support each child’s emotional, social, and developmental needs.
- Encourage cooperation, confidence, and independence.
- Communicate regularly with parents and teachers.
- Ensure every classroom is a safe, happy, and inspiring place to learn.
