Disclaimer: This is to inform any and all person, entities etc. that Documents like agreements, MOU etc.(with the exception of candidate Undertaking and Candidate agreement form) executed between such person, entities etc. and Magic Billion (A Unit of TGM Services Pvt. Ltd.), shall be treated as valid and binding upon only if the same are duly signed by any of the Directors, or the Authorised Signatory, Vaseem Zaidi(GM - Legal & Operations).

Magic Billion (A Unit of TGM Services Pvt. Ltd.) stands absolved with regard to obligations casted by way of any documents and/ or agreements which are NOT signed by the above stated person or Directors.

Interested parties are called upon to ensure that their concerned instruments meet the aforesaid mandate to ensure safeguarding their respective interests while dealing with Magic Billion(A Unit of TGM services Pvt. Ltd.)
