Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with and qualify candidates based on employer requirements.
  • Explain international career opportunities and Magic Billion’s unique value proposition.
  • Guide candidates throughout their recruitment journey and resolve their queries.
  • Conduct webinars and identify new lead generation sources.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Magic Billion’s products and services to recommend suitable opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly volume and revenue targets.

    Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or field sales (B2C/B2B consumer products or services).
  • Experience selling international courses, study abroad programs, or higher education is highly preferred.
  • Ability to speak Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations to small and large audiences.
  • Open to working from the office and travelling when required.
  • Location: Noida.
