Job Description

As a Welder in Germany, you will work as a qualified skilled professional, using your welding experience to support industries such as piping, construction, refinery, and industrial fabrication. Your ability to read drawings, follow welding procedures, and work with high-quality standards will be valued in one of the world’s strongest engineering economies. 

This skilled worker opportunity in Germany offers Indian welders a chance to:

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 23–42 years 

Gender: Male candidates 

Education: 3-year Diploma from a government-recognised university, or 2-year ITI under NCVT 

Experience: Minimum 2 years of welding experience with the same employer 

Preferred background: Gulf country experience is preferred 

Industry experience: Oil & gas, piping, construction, or refinery experience preferred 

Height: 169–185 cm 

Weight: 65–85 kg 

Language: English is mandatory; basic German is appreciated 

Fitness: Candidate must be physically fit and active 

Location note: Candidates from Kerala are not eligible for this opportunity 

Technical Skills Required 

Benefits

Minimum gross annual salary: €45,630 

Minimum gross hourly salary: €21.94 

Working hours: 40 hours per week 

Holiday: 25 days per year 

Employment type: Direct skilled worker placement 

Visa route: Skilled Worker Visa through the accelerated skilled worker procedure in Germany 

Probation period: 6 months 

Overtime: Paid at normal hourly rate or credited to Zeitkonto as per employer policy 

Expected departure from India: September / October
