Job Description

we are looking for a creative and results-driven Executive – Relationship Management to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with candidates, ensuring a
seamless candidate lifecycle experience, and acting as a bridge between candidates and the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate relationship management.
  • Prior experience in managing candidate relationships or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
