Therefore, any candidate or individual dealing with partners who do not have a valid agreement with Magic Billion would do so solely at their own risk, and Magic Billion would have no accountability or obligation whatsoever towards any such individuals who partner or enter into any agreement or any contractual relationship with partners with whom no such fresh agreement has been executed by Magic Billion for the year 2025–2026

🇩🇪 Germany: Opportunity Card & EU Blue Card

Germany has introduced two attractive routes: 

  • Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte):
    Designed for non-EU skilled professionals seeking job opportunities in Germany without needing a job offer beforehand. 
  • Eligibility: Recognized qualifications + 2 years of experience 
  • Language: German A1 or English B2 
  • Visa Duration: 1 year (extendable) 
  • Work Permission: 20 hours/week during job hunt 
  • Financial Proof: Required 
  • EU Blue Card: Designed for those who already have a job offer. 
  • Eligibility: Recognized qualifications. 
  • Skilled professionals without a formal degree can qualify if they have at least three years of relevant professional experience. 
  • Faster permanent residency options. 

🇫🇷 France: Talent Passport Visa & Digital Nomad Visa

France is streamlining visa processing for skilled professionals and introducing remote work opportunities. 

  • Talent Passport Visa: 
  • Eligibility: University degree or 5+ years of experience 
  • Job Contract: Minimum 1 year 
  • Minimum Salary: €35,891/year 
  • Validity: Up to 4 years 
  • Processing: Apply within 2 months of arrival 
  • Digital Nomad Visa (Coming in 2025):
    For remote workers employed by foreign companies but looking to live in France. 

🇵🇹 Portugal: Short- and Long-Term Work Visas

Portugal is offering two types of flexible work visas to address labour gaps, especially in tourism and agriculture. 

  • Short-Term Seasonal Visa: Valid up to 9 months
