In a landmark event yesterday, we from Magic Billion found ourselves as sole private sector representives of the Indian talent mobility sector, to a large delegation of Belgian employers, and their political leaders. The Belgians have the opportunity to bring in talent into their country from other countries like Philippines, Surinam, et cetera. But I believe that our presentation convinced them that India is truly the Skill capital of the World. What really made them sit up and listen, was when we laid out the detailed competency mapping process , which we utilised to make our candidates successfully pass through 7 to 8 rounds of technical, attitude, linguistic and other aspects for selection by their employers. And also that the first set of job offers had been released by the Belgian employers to our Indian Candidates yesterday.
What made the day even more special was to be invited to a close door brainstorming lunch with the honourable Member President of Flanders, where aspects like housing for overseas workers etc were discussed at length.

Therefore, any candidate or individual dealing with partners who do not have a valid agreement with Magic Billion would do so solely at their own risk, and Magic Billion would have no accountability or obligation whatsoever towards any such individuals who partner or enter into any agreement or any contractual relationship with partners with whom no such fresh agreement has been executed by Magic Billion for the year 2025–2026
