As a Wind Turbine Technical Specialist, you are responsible for the structural and mechanical integrity of wind energy systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine high-altitude maintenance, and ensuring that every turbine operates at peak efficiency. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma (12 years of schooling).
  • Highly Desirable: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

Experience:

  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in mechanical maintenance or electrical systems, preferably in large-scale industrial or energy projects.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Proven ability to identify mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical faults through systematic inspections.
  • Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of safety protocols for working at heights and managing complex machinery.
  • Documentation: Experience in maintaining detailed service records and following technical manufacturer handbooks.

Other Requirements:

  • Age: 25–40 years.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Language: Basic English (Mandatory) and 100% readiness to undergo Italian language training.
  • Physical Fitness: Must pass a medical test to ensure fitness for high-altitude and physically demanding work.
