Job Description

Who Can Apply

 

  • Age: 18–28 years 
  • Qualification: ANM or GNM qualification 
  • Language: German language proficiency at B1 level
    (Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD certification required) 
  • Gender: Open to both male and female candidates 
  • Passion: A genuine interest in patient care and healthcare service
     

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide daily nursing care and assistance to patients. 
  • Monitor patient health, vital signs, and overall condition. 
  • Support doctors and senior nurses during medical procedures. 
  • Administer medications under supervision and follow care plans accurately. 
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards. 
  • Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. 
  • Ensure patients are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times.
     


What You Get

 

  • Monthly Training Stipend (Gross):
  • 1st year: €1,048 
  • 2nd year: €1,100 
  • 3rd year: €1,150 
  • Post-completion salary: Starting from €2,100–€2,200 per month (gross) 
  • Travel support: One-way flight ticket from India to Germany covered by the employer (up to €700)
