Job Description

The Logistic Warehouse Worker (Fachlagerist/in) Ausbildung Program in Germany offers Indian candidates a structured entry into Germany’s logistics, warehousing, and supply chain sector.

This role focuses on the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within warehouses and distribution centres. Candidates are trained to manage inventory processes, operate warehouse equipment, and follow strict safety and quality standards. The program combines practical training with formal vocational education, leading to a recognised qualification and long-term employment opportunities in Germany.

This Ausbildung program enables candidates to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive goods and inspect them for quality and quantity accuracy.
  • Organise and store items systematically within warehouse facilities.
  • Prepare, pack, and label goods for dispatch and shipment.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment after training and certification.
  • Maintain inventory records and support stock management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.

 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Age: 18–28 years
  • Qualification: 12th pass
  • Language Proficiency: German language proficiency at B1 level

        (Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD certification only; ECL not accepted)

  • Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

 

Benefits & Compensation

  • Monthly Training Stipend (Gross):
  • 1st year: €1,048
  • 2nd year: €1,100
  • 3rd year: €1,150
  • Post-completion salary: Starting from €2,100–€2,200 per month (gross)
  • Travel allowance: One-way flight ticket from India to Germany (up to €700), borne by the client
