Construction Foreman

As a Construction Foreman, you are the “on-site engine” responsible for coordinating staff, materials, and deadlines to turn complex blueprints into reality.

You will move beyond manual labor into a role that demands sharp organizational skills, technical authority, and the ability to oversee diverse teams of carpenters, blacksmiths, and masons. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma (12 years of schooling).
  • Mandatory: Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction trade certification.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman capacity.
  • Staff Coordination: Proven ability to organize daily tasks, assign duties, and supervise team compliance with deadlines.
  • Drawing Interpretation: Expert-level proficiency in reading executive drawings, carpentry layouts, and technical detail schematics.
  • Operational Planning: Skilled in deciding operational phases, managing resource availability, and organizing workspaces for maximum efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Deep experience in checking measurements, alignments, elevations, and the correct installation of formwork and reinforcement.

Other Requirements:

  • Age: 25–45 years.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Language: Functional English (Mandatory) and 100% readiness to undergo Italian language training.
  • Technical Proof: A video demonstrating your ability to lead a team briefing or perform a quality check on a structural element is mandatory for selection.

Desirable Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of Italian/European safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/2008).
  • Strong reporting skills to provide accurate progress updates to site managers.
  • Ability to handle on-site problem solving and material logistics.
