Therefore, any candidate or individual dealing with partners who do not have a valid agreement with Magic Billion would do so solely at their own risk, and Magic Billion would have no accountability or obligation whatsoever towards any such individuals who partner or enter into any agreement or any contractual relationship with partners with whom no such fresh agreement has been executed by Magic Billion for the year 2025–2026

Job Description

Imagine working in a bright, modern store in Germany — helping customers choose what they need, learning the art of sales from experienced professionals, and building confidence with every interaction. 

As a Retail Sales Apprentice, you’ll represent one of the world’s most organized retail systems, mastering how to serve customers, manage inventory, and create a shopping experience that keeps people coming back. 

This 3-year paid vocational training (Ausbildung) program offers you the chance to earn, learn, and grow — leading to a stable, long-term career in Germany’s thriving retail sector. 

Through this program, you will: 

  • Develop international customer service and communication skills.
  • Learn how global retail operations function — from store management to sales techniques.
  • Build financial independence and gain international work exposure.

Who Can Apply 

  • Education: 12th Pass
  • Age: 18–28 years
  • Language Proficiency: B1 Level in German (Goethe Certification required)
  • Gender: Male and Female
  • Other Requirements:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Comfortable in customer-facing roles. 
    • Friendly, disciplined, and motivated to learn and grow in a retail environment. 

Benefits 

Stipend (Gross): 

  • 1st Year – €982/month
  • 2nd Year – €1000/month
  • 3rd Year – €1050/month

 

Salary Post Completion: 

  • Starting from €2100/month (Gross)
