Therefore, any candidate or individual dealing with partners who do not have a valid agreement with Magic Billion would do so solely at their own risk, and Magic Billion would have no accountability or obligation whatsoever towards any such individuals who partner or enter into any agreement or any contractual relationship with partners with whom no such fresh agreement has been executed by Magic Billion for the year 2025–2026

Driver (Apprenticeship)

Job Description

As a Heavy Vehicle Driver in Germany, you’ll be a key part of one of the world’s most efficient transport systems. Whether it’s public transport or private/tour services, your driving skills, discipline, and responsibility will be respected and well rewarded.

Who Can Apply

  • Age: 25–38 years
  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation is an advantage, not mandatory)
  • License & Experience:
  • Valid Heavy Vehicle (HV) driving license
  • Minimum 3 years of heavy vehicle driving experience
  • Overseas driving experience is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Language: German A2 level certification (Goethe / TELC / OSD)
  • Height: Minimum 5’4”
  • Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
  • Passport: Valid passport with at least 2 years remaining before expiry


Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate buses or heavy vehicles on scheduled routes or tours
  • Transport passengers responsibly while following German traffic laws
  • Assist passengers when required and ensure a smooth travel experience
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks to maintain safety and performance
  • Follow fixed schedules in public transport or flexible hours in private/tour services
  • Be open to shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays



What You Get

  • Initial Role (Assistant Driver):
  • Salary: €2,500 per month
  • Post Recognition (Approx. 6 months):
  • Employed as Bus Driver
  • Salary: €2,900 per month
  • Flight Ticket Included:
  • Employer covers airfare from India to Germany (up to €700)

Selection & Training Process

  • Driving skill test conducted in India
  • Candidates must be willing to upskill in driving skills with Magic Billion (if required)
  • After reaching A2 language level, IW conducts a language assessment
  • Candidates with good German communication skills are presented to employers
  • At the time of interview, candidates must submit:
  • Driving License (DL)
  • CV
  • A short video demonstrating driving skills
